I can no longer do the Lindora Diet, because I have developed a severe intolerance of artificial sugars, and I am now vegetarian instead of vegan, thank God, so everything is different now. I am atttempting to eat normal foods according to the Slim in 6 Plan and to keep myself from binging; I consume most of my calories that set me back from rapidly losing weight by binging. There haven't been any binges for about a week! I am really proud of myself, and I definitly believe that I look thinner.


There was an incident with the FRITATA, but that's handled right now. I need to go to the gym every day! I started last night so keeping up the trend shouldn't be so difficult, especially with the new GUNNER excerecise book and my wonderful IPOD EARPHONES that are amazing amazing amazing.

Being non vegan helps so much because now I actually have EDIBLE OPTIONS! instead of just protien shakes and tofu, protien shakes and tofu. Maybe someday I'll be vegan, but not right now!

Today I plan on following the slim in six plan exactly for the rest of my meals. When I don't eat too much, and follow the plan, I feel so amazing and everything else in life is much easier to deal with- I don't have to worry about food!!!
